Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received in writing more than 90 days prior to the start of the tour: Tour deposits and payments are refundable minus $500
  • Cancellations received in writing 90-60 days prior to the start of the tour: 50% of the tour price is refundable.
  • Cancellations received in writing less than 60 days prior to the start of the tour: 100% of the tour price is nonrefundable.
